Florida, USA: There is now a new ‘Toi’ on the market as the sun keeps shining on this upcoming female artiste from Montego Bay, Jamaica. The 18 year old singer, songwriter, composer, producer & Miami Dade College Music Business & Production student, “Toi.Gichie” on Tuesday March 2, 2010 officially became an international NEW! major US radio artiste when her manager Brian Hugh of Rockwildaz Entertainment was contacted by Clear Channel, owners & operators of over 400 major radio stations in the United States that her debut single “Sunshine”, which was co-written & co-produced by herself, has been reviewed and approved for nationwide airplay.
This means that the entertainment industry’s new ‘Toi’ now has an audience of 10 Million listeners per month for her single “Sunshine” and all her future releases. The international market is seeing her ‘ray of sunshine’ and are in full support of her music and we can look forward to seeing ‘Toi’ continue to grow globally. The rays don’t stop there, Viacom who are the owners & operators of MTV, MTVu, BET & VH1 to name a few, have shown early interest in airing Toi.Gichie music videos on their networks. Her first music video should be premiered on “The Freshmen” on mtvU, and she has already been listed on mtvU.com.
Toi.Gichie is currently working on a “All Night Party” with UIM Productions plus other upcoming singles from Supa Hype of UPT/007 Records as well as singles & collaborations from other high profiled producers and artistes. The ‘Sunshine’ is currently shining bright on this new ‘Toi’, who is a survivor of a terrible car accident in January 2009 where she fractured her sacrum and broke her left thigh bone in three places, Toi is continuing her recovery and her meteoric rise within the music industry.
