Rapper Shyne Still Locked Up, even after parole release date passes

Brooklyn rapper Shyne is still locked up days passed his highly anticipated and publicized release date of Ocotber 6.
The rapper, who was scheduled to be released last week after 8 years in prison (on a 10 year sentence) in connection with a 2001 club involving P Diddy and Jeniffer Lopez, has still not walked free.
He is now in Federal lockup while Immigration decides his fate since “Shyne” Barrow (who has renamed himself Moses Micheal Leviy) was actually born in the Central American country of Belize even though he grew up with his mother in Brooklyn. Notably, his father is still the Prime Minister of this country.
